Bridging the Gap

Welcome to the website of the Stuyvesant Student Union! The SU is the student government of Stuyvesant High School, and we aim to bridge the gap between students, faculty, and administration. In doing so, we hope to foster a strong sense of community and improve the experience of every student at Stuyvesant.

On our website, you can learn about some of the projects we're working on, access some academic resources (including textbooks), and contact us with questions and concerns. We also encourage you to follow us on our social media accounts for the most up to date information!

Finals and Regents Week Schedule

We know that there have been a ton of questions circulating about Finals Week, so hopefully this graphic can clear up any confusion you may have.

This week’s broadcast features information about finals week, the PSAT, STC’s Virtual Show, and much more!

Weekly Schedule: 1.25-1.29

Hi friends,

Hope you’re having a restful weekend.

Some notes about this week:

Instruction: After Monday, there will be a mix of classes teaching synchronously and asynchronously:

  • Classes in the following subject will NOT have “live” instruction: English, Chemistry, Physics, Tech, and Math.

  • Classes in the following subjects will have “live” instruction: Biology, Computer Science, Social Studies, World Languages, Art, Music, PE, and Health.

Attendance: On Monday, attendance will be taken by the school via a form sent out in the morning, so you do not have to log in to individual classes. For the rest of the week, attendance will be taken normally for classes meeting live. For classes NOT meeting live, teachers will take attendance through a short Google Form/attendance question.
