Club Charter Registration Opens for 2024-2025 School Year

The Student Union is thrilled to announce the opening of club charter registrations for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an exciting opportunity for both new and returning clubs to officially register and hold meetings throughout the year.
Key Dates and Platform Information:
Charter Submission Deadline for Clubs and Pubs Fair: All clubs interested in participating in the Clubs and Pubs Fair must submit their charters by Friday, September 13th.
New Platform: This year, the chartering process will be managed through a new platform, EPSILON. Developed by the SU IT department, EPSILON consolidates and updates Stuy’s various websites into a single, streamlined platform. EPSILON features an enhanced version of StuyActivities, resolves previous bugs, and introduces new functionalities, including digital meeting attendance via QR codes. Future updates will include the latest versions of Mr. Blumm’s Opportunities Bulletin, the Stuy Schedule App, the SU Voting Site, and Valentine’s Day messages, among other features.
Charter Submission Instructions:
Registration: All clubs must register using the “Create New Activity” section on epsilon.stuysu.org.
Review Previous Charters: You can access an archive of charters from the 2023-2024 school year in the “archive” section of EPSILON. Utilize the search feature to locate your club’s previous charter.
Originality Requirement: All new clubs must offer unique activities distinct from existing ones. To encourage originality, clubs with similar activities may be asked to merge. For details on the merger procedure and guidelines, please visit this link.
