Frank Wong
Frank Wong is the Co-Director of IT of the Student Union. He also was a member of the IT Department of the Student Union. Outside of the SU, he is also Co-President of the Competitive Coding Club, Assistant Captain for the Stuyvesant Math Team, and member of the Spectator IT department. He also is involved in non-STEM activities though, including participating in SING, being a committee member for Key Club, and volunteering as a fellow (basically teaching assistant) for mathematics for the Discovery Program at Stuyvesant.
Outside of Stuyvesant, Frank also does a lot of programming, mainly through personal projects. This includes coding for an open-source video game with more than 100 contributions so far, learning and coding a machine learning algorithm without using pre-made libraries, as well as coding and maintaining a few Discord bots for servers he’s in. In his free-time you can likely find him on a computer, either coding, looking up math or CS concepts on Wikipedia, or playing video games and then submitting bug fixes for them when he loses due to a bug.
